MORE

 The Talent Video Awards – promoted by the DGAAP and Careof, a non profit organisation for the promotion of contemporary artistic research, active since 1987 – is an opportunity to stimulate artistic production dedicated to images in movement. The awards identify and recognise the best video works produced by emerging artists in Italian Fine Arts Academies and Film Schools.
The project intends to:

  • identify and promote the production of view and film works by emerging Italian artists through actions of scouting in artistic educational institutions;
  • develop alternative educational models and occasions for exchange and comparison at the national and international level;
  • foster dialogue between the world of education and public and private institutions dedicated to the promotion of art, such as Careof, the DGAAP and the partners involved in the project.
This first edition of the Award included the activation of an important partnership with the educational and productive structure FIDMarseille, one of the most interesting European film festivals for its original approach to format, language and content.
